When exploring, keep quiet at all times. Two men will scout ahead. One will be elected as the runner to relay information to the main group. Exploration parties are never to attack unless attacked. If attacking a superior enemy, run. Do not give out any information. If you betray your people by giving away information you can count on being hunted down and be flayed alive.

All men not delegated to other duties are to be trained in military combat for three months that will consist of one month of strength and conditioning, and two months of bow firing and hand to hand combat. They will fire a maximum of five arrows at one target before retrieving them to minimize arrow loss. When their fingers begin to be chafed by their bowstrings they are to engage in hand to hand fighting.

Further Exploration Orders

Unless on a specific slaving run, do not attack groups of people on the road, unless they're extremely weaker, bring loot home. In cases of finding groups of people, find out where they live with no hostilities. It will be good to find groups to trade with, or take captives should we need it.

Never engage with Terrors unless absolutely necessary.
