Ok - going to just jump in here! I'm not sure if I'm 'allowed' to do some of these, infact I'm fairly sure that some of them are a 'no go' - so please enact what is legal and let me know what isn't (along with, perhaps, any close alternatives?)! :bs

Dr. Kaje Reilloc - Ruler of New Birmingham

General Orders

*Elect a council of five people from either the men or PP to act as a set of advisors to Dr. Reilloc. Two of these will be the Chief of Police and General as detailed below (if able to do this!). One should be someone with an agricultural background, one should be someone with a technical/engineering background and the final one should be somebody with scientific background. Dr. Reilloc himself will act as the medical advisor.

*Have 50 able bodied members of the Protected Population put in charge of civil defence and peacekeeping within the town of New Birmingham. They will be referred to as the New Birmingham Police. Have one of these 50, with any relevant experience, elected to oversee the operation and report any issues and findings to Dr. Reilloc. He/she will be referred to as the Chief of Police.

*Have one man with any relevant experience elected to oversee military training and report any issues/findings/events to Dr. Reilloc both now and in the future. He will be known as the General.

*Have all available men trained in the art of basic combat with any available or makeshift weaponry not including Dr. Reilloc's own gear.

*Have 150 men trained in surveying, survival and scavenging techniques. These men will be known as the New Birmingham Rangers and, once trained, will be sent on missions to survey the land surrounding the town as well as procure any valuable items.

*Have 50 of the above New Birmingham Rangers trained in horse riding and provided with a horse each. These men will be known as a sub-division of the New Birmingham Rangers as the New Birmingham Mounted Rangers.

*Send 125 men and 500 PP to clear as much land around New Birmingham as they can, without straying too far from the town, for use in planting crops.

*Send 25 PP to use herbal and medical knowledge to look at plants and herbs in the local area to see what can be used for healing and any other uses such as dyes etc.

*Report any contact with other populations to Dr. Reilloc immediately.
